Pep Guardiola has revealed why he does not plan to buy a football club like Gary Neville and his team-mates from the “Class of ’92”.

Ahead of City’s FA Cup third-round tie with League Two side Salford City, Pep is set to take on Salford City, a club co-owned by Neville and other former Manchester United players from the Class of ’92. Asked if he saw himself in a managerial role in the future, เว็บพนันออนไลน์ UFABET สมัครง่าย โปรโมชั่นมากมาย Pep said:

“No. I’m not good at that,” he said.

“Maybe I can be a good manager but I’m not good at businessman, so I’ve got no interest in that really.”

He added: “They are a lot of successful players in their generation.

“They made a lot of money playing football so they can buy clubs. It’s a good thing. “

I don’t know which players were involved but they are smart people and when people in football are running football clubs, They always make smart decisions.”

He added: ‘I live in Salford for the last eight years so I will play against my neighbourhood! My hometown, where I’m living.

‘I have a lot of respect for the manager [Karl Robinson]. We played years ago at Oxford and he was assistant to Sam Allardyce at Leeds too.

‘Their last six games have been six clean sheets and six victories. Huge respect for them and what they do.

‘We take it seriously, of course, as we always have done since I arrived. Hopefully we can do a good game and make it three wins in a row because it has been a long time since that happened.’

City will remain without centre-backs Ruben Dias and John Stones,

while Pep says first-choice goalkeeper Ederson is “fine”, while Oscar Bobb is recovering well after returning to training but is not ready to feature yet.
